Gem uses professional grade lights that have been manufactured for us. We have helped in the design for the lights and clips to ensure they are as close to perfect once installed. Gem will develop a custom design and cut the lights to your home/display and because of this, we only accept 3 – 5 Year agreements. Once the lights are cut to fit your house we can’t reuse on another home.
We do have a $1,000 minimum size job per Holiday display. We will maintain your display during the Holiday Season at no cost to you (fix burnt out bulbs; put lights back up if they’ve fallen due to snow & ice.). We begin putting up the lights Sept/Oct. & remove in Jan./Feb. We store them in the off season in our warehouse.
This is a lease agreement. Once you sign the contract your price is guaranteed for the length of the term. In other words, if you sign a contract for $1500 for your display, this is your price due for each year during the term of the contract. It will not increase due to inflation.
